Columbus police have filed charges against the man who allegedly shot his 16-year-old son on Tuesday morning after mistaking him for an intruder. 51-year-old Biyaga Ceesay is charged with domestic violence, assault and child endangering. Police say he first told responding officers a stranger shot his son. Later, he said he accidentally shot his son at a Skywae Drive home because he thought he was an intruder. The boy is hospitalized in stable condition.
