A Columbus man is due to appear in court today on charges of pretending to sell Ohio State football tickets. Police recently arrested Martin Alper after he allegedly took money for tickets but failed to meet the person who made the purchase. Investigators are searching for other possible victims. Police say Alper has been using a fake name, Mark Dinardo. He was charged for a similar scam in 2007.
