A Columbus man recently captured by U.S. marshals in Toledo has been extradited to face charges in connection with a local fatal shooting. 21-year-old Rodney Leeper is charged in the September 14 shooting death of 27-year-old Anthony Sowell Junior on South Napoleon Avenue following an argument.
