Columbus Murder Suspect Refuses To Waive Extradition

A former Columbus man suspected in a 2012 murder has refused to waive extradition from Wisconsin. Columbus police say they must obtain a warrant from the state to bring Sar I back to the city to face charges in the death of Claudia Escobar. I was arrested in Wisconsin last week.
