A judge ordered 32-year-old Columbus Police Sergeant Joshua Wagner to complete a three day alcohol treatment program, perform 72 hours of community service, as well as pay a fine and lose his drivers license for six months. Police officials say Wagner had been off-duty when he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car at the intersection of East Second Avenue and Summit Street in Italian Village on September 7th. Police officials say his blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit. Wagner has been placed on desk duty.

Foley has worked in various roles, from producing news and feature stories to engineering Live From Studio A sessions. A series of music features Foley started in 2018 called Music Journeys has grown into a podcast and radio show. He also assists in developing other programs in WCBE's Podcast Experience. Foley hosts The Morning Mix, a weekday music show featuring emerging and established musicians, our Columbus-area and Ohio-based talent, and additional artists that inspire him.
