Columbus Police Say Suspected Hit-And-Run Death Now Being Treated As A Homicide

Columbus police are investigating the murder of a woman whose body was found in the middle of an east side road. Detectives say 46-year-old Bobbie Bonner was killed yesterday morning and dumped on East Livingston Avenue. Her body had been hit by at least one vehicle, leading police to initially believe she was the victim of a hit-and-run. But her injuries were shown to be consistent with a homicide. There's no word yet on the cause of death.
