Columbus To Tax Gambling Winnings

Columbus City Council last night approved legislation to tax winnings of 12-hundred dollars or more from local gambling establishments. Those include the Columbus Casino and the Scioto Downs "Racino" featuring video lottery terminals. Jim Letizia reports.
