Columbus Teen Enters Alford Plea To 2013 Slaying

Sentencing is scheduled March 5 for a Columbus teen who has entered an Alford plea to killing an elderly man in February of 2013. 16-year-old Joseph Reeder says he acted in self-defense when he shot 64-year-old Anthony Hines at the East side home he shared with his mother. Police say Hines went to the home to purchase drugs from her boyfriend.
