Columbus Teen Sentenced For His Role In Fatal Shooting Of Pizza Delivery Driver

A Columbus teen will serve three years' probation for his role in the 2015 fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver. 15-year-old Jalen Hughes is one of three people involved in the robbery and shooting death of 59-year-old James Flannery at a vacant Kenaston Drive home. The gunman, 22-year-old Latrell Richey, is scheduled to be sentenced on March 16. 19-year-old Sir Jeffrey Scott Carroll Junior, was sentenced in February to nearly 10 years in prison.
