A Columbus man will serve three years in prison for setting the fire that destroyed a west side warehouse last December. 31-year-old Robin Toms was sentenced Thursday on arson, vandalism and breaking and entering charges for starting the blaze that destroyed the SJT Depot warehouse on Fisher Road. A judge also ordered Toms to pay 3.8 million dollars restitution. Defense attorneys say Toms was high on drugs and alcohol at the time. They also say their client is destitute and unable to make restitution.
