Columbus Woman Sentenced For Daughter's Drug Overdose Death

Columbus Division of Police

A Columbus woman has been sentenced to five years in prison after she pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the heroin overdose death of her 14-month-old daughter. 33-year-old Erica Barley was charged after Annabella Sagstetter ingested fentanyl-laced heroin at a drug house last year. Prosecutors say she took the child to the home to purchase drugs.
