Surgeons at Children's Hospital in Columbus separated conjoined twin girls in a 16-hour operation performed last week. The 11-month-old girls from Uganda traveled to the hospital last December and are now recovering. Medical experts say conjoined twins occur once in every 200 thousand pregnancies.
