Convicted Champaign County School Shooter Sentenced To More Than Two Decades Behind Bars

The Champaign County teen convicted of last year's shootings at West Liberty High School has been sentenced to more than 23 years in prison. 

18-year-old Ely Serna blamed his actions on mental illness, and says he didn't have a particular motive or target.
