Former Democratic State Representative Clayton Luckie sought nearly 15-hundred dollars in mileage reimbursement from the state while under criminal investigation. Luckie was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison for falsified campaign reports and misspending. Ohio House officials are withholding the mileage payments requested since July 1 as they determine whether he actually made trips between Dayton and Columbus. Luckie stopped attending legislative sessions in June. He attended one committee meeting in July. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says false mileage requests could prompt further criminal charges.
