The Columbus Police Firearms Review Board says three officers acted within division policy when they shot two suspects in separate confrontations last year. Officer Thomas Pellegrini shot and wounded 20-year-old Raiheem Harris in January when he fled officers investigating a shooting in an alley on the Near East side. Two days later, officers Robin Medley and Christopher Britt shot and killed 36-year-old Michael Kelly as he was attempting to steal a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked on East 14th Street.
