The Summit County coroner says two young girls and their mother were dead before a house explosion and fire in January in Northfield Center Township that also killed their father. Doctor Gary Guenther says 43-year-old Jeffrey Mather died of burns, the girls were either strangled or smothered and their mother died of a Prozac overdose.
Police have said Mather was suicidal when he was found with a shotgun at a Cleveland Metropark last December.
