Coroner Identifies Body Found 37 Years Ago

The Ross County Coroner says a body discovered in the Scioto River in 1975 has been identified as Arthur Flowers, a Hardin County resident.

He was also a patient at the Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Center in June 1975 when he was reported missing. A family member recognized the coroner's facial reconstruction. No word on the cause of death.
