COTA Drops Fare Plan For Downtown Circulator

The Central Ohio Transit Authority dropped plans yesterday to charge fares for the Downtown Circulator and increase fares on fixed routes. The agency says the moves are in riders' best interest.  COTA officials cite a decline in disabled riders after they were charged reduced fares, which were also eliminated.
