Columbus police say a local woman who was stabbed in late June died at an area hospital on Wednesday. Police say Kristopher Amos stabbed 45-year-old Candy Arthurs and her 7-year old grandson, Jeremy Mullins, while they were helping him find a missing drone near Oakley Avenue on June 23rd. Amos has been charged with murder and assault. The child is home recovering.
