Council Member Facing Third DUI

Cleveland police say they arrested a city council member early this morning for driving drunk. It's the third time Zach Reed has been charged with driving while impaired.

In this case, police say Reed ran a red light and made an illegal turn in downtown Cleveland. Police say he failed a field sobriety test. Reed has been on council for 13 years.
