County BOE Moving Out Of Downtown

The Franklin County Board of Elections is leaving its longtime downtown Columbus home. County Commissioners are expected to vote today on a plan to lease a former department store on Morse Road and move voting operations inside. Elections officials say they lack sufficient space in Memorial Hall on East Broad Street to conduct early voting and the new location is more centralized and accessible to voters.
