Columbus, OH – A state appeals court has ruled that Ohio auto insurance companies must pay motorists for MORE than just the cost of repairing their damaged vehicles. Consumers advocates are hailing the decision as a victory, but the insurance industry is warning - if the ruling stands, it could force premiums to rise. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports.
