Craig To Become Detroit's Top Cop

Cincinnati Police Chief James Craig is expected to announce today that he's stepping down to become police chief in his hometown of Detroit.Craig is leaving less than two years after becoming Cincinnati's first African-American police chief, and the first hired from outside the department.
