Crash Claims Life Of Columbus Man

Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say a Columbus man was killed in a one-vehicle accident on 1-270 south of Georgesville road early this morning. Depuites say 47-year-old Alan Popowski  went off the right side of the road, across a median into a road construction zone, and down an embankment. Drugs and alcohol are not considered to be factors in the crash.
