Former Pike County Sheriff's deputy Joel Jenkins goes on trial November 28 for his role in the March, 2015, high-speed chase that ended with the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Robert Rooker. Pretrial hearings for Jenkins will also be held November 28 and January 9 for the December, 2015 fatal shooting of his neighbor, Jason Brady.
