Davidson Wins Three-Person Race To Fill Remainder Of Boehner's Term

Republican Warren Davidson won Tuesday's special election to succeed former Republican U.S. House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio. He will serve the remainder of Boehner's term and will be the incumbent in the fall general election. Davidson beat  Democrat Corey Foister and Green Party candidate Jim Condit Junior. Voter turnout in the six county district was light. Unofficial returns show Davidson winning 77 percent of the vote.
