The Dayton Dragons will soon be under new ownership. Palisades Arcadia Baseball LLC will purchase the Cincinnati Reds' single-A team from Mandalay Baseball Properties LLC. Palisades is led by Nick Sakellariadis, Greg Rosenbaum and Michael Savit, who is also a limited partner in the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but minor league sources say the franchise is expected to sell for as much as $40 million. That would make it the most expensive deal in minor league baseball history. Minor League Baseball officials still must approve the purchase.
