Charges are pending against the suspect in a triple-murder in Dayton. Police say 61-year-old Muhammad Shabazz Ali shot and killed 74-year-old Jasper Taylor, 53-year-old Tammy Cox and 25-year-old Michael Cox inside of an Oxford Street home late Wednesday. No word on a motive. Ali served 21 years in prison for killing a woman and her unborn child. Detectives say Ali was hospitalized for a mental health evaluation hours before the shootings.
