Columbus Police have identified the man who died Monday night when he drove his sport-utility vehicle through an East Side duplex.31-year-old William Napper was killed and 55-year-old passenger James Gammon remains hospitalized in serious condition following the wreck on Clarkston Avenue. Two female passengers were treated for minor injuries. Police say Napper simply lost control of the vehicle.
