Delaware Deaths Ruled Drug Overdoses

Delaware police say two people found dead inside of two homes on Bernard Avenue died of heroin overdoses. Police say the deaths of 30-year-old Shane Kraus and 37-year-old Virgil Mitchell III appear to be related. No other details have been released.
