Delaware Girl Seriously Injured After Being Hit By Car

A Delaware girl remains hospitalized after being struck by a car on her way to school yesterday.  Police say 13-year-old Kylie Linville was crossing Troy Road when she was struck.  The driver, 29-year-old Morgan Summers, told police it was dark and she could not see Linville in the crosswalk. Linville is hospitalized in serious condition. Charges are pending the results of an investigation.
