Delaware Residents To Get Radar Guns

Delaware city and police officials are testing a plan that would put radar guns in residents' hands.That would allow them to track people who drive through neighborhoods at high rates of speed. Delaware police say drivers caught by residents would get letters making them aware of the speed limit.
