A Hamilton County jury continues deliberating whether a juvenile court judge should be convicted of felony charges of tampering with evidence, forgery and theft in office.
The trial of Democratic judge Tracie Hunter began September 8. Hunter claims the charges filed by the Republican county prosecutor are politically motivated after a lengthy legal battle over disputed results in her most recent election. Prosecutors describe Hunter as contentious and making her own rules in her courtroom.
