Clark County Sheriff's deputies are investigating Monday's apparent drowning death of a 3-year-old Springfield boy. Deputies say the unnamed toddler was playing with other kids at a family gathering when he wandered into the backyard of a Moorefield Township home and climbed into an above-ground pool.
