Warren County Sheriff's deputies say they have reopened the investigation of the 22-year-old murder of a Dublin furniture salesman. Deputies returned yesterday to the area where Richard Woods' body was recovered in 1992. Deputies have not said what they are seeking or what led them to reopen the case.
