Deputy Facing DUI Charge

A Franklin County Sheriff's special deputy is charged with drunken driving.Gahanna Police say 52-year-old Thomas Banks was charged after a November 18th traffic stop. Banks has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors say Banks wrongfully told police he is the head of the county's DUI Task Force.
