Franklin County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who hit a department corporal with his vehicle on Sunday. Deputies say 24-year-old Lamonte Foster struck 30-year-old corporal Frank Rhodes on Cooke Road after fleeing a traffic stop. Rhodes is at home recovering from injuries to his legs and hands.
