Hamilton County Board of Elections officials are considering whether to investigate improper voting allegations against county prosecutor and former state treasurer Joe Deters. At issue is whether the Republican Deters voted in the 2012 elections using his former address. He says there was nothing improper about his vote after double-checking the rules with the board of elections. Deters prosecuted several voter fraud cases earlier this year.
