Driver In Wrong-way Crash Was Intoxicated

The Clark County coroner says the Centerville High School football coach killed in a wrong-way crash on I-70 in September was driving drunk. Toxicology tests show 24-year-old Francois Hagenimana had a blood alcohol content nearly three-times the legal limit when he crashed head-on into a car driven by 28-year-old Jason Fricke of Westerville. Both drivers were killed.
