A federal district judge has ordered Secretary of State Jon Husted to appear at a hearing scheduled for September 13th on early voting rules.Attorneys for President Obama's campaign urged the judge to enforce his ruling of last week that restores early voting during the three days before Election Day. Husted on Tuesday ordered counties not to set in-person voting hours during those days as the state appeals the judge's decision.
