The owner of six dilapidated trolley barns near Franklin Park has sold them for 337 thousand dollars to a local real estate broker.
Brad DeHays has not said what he plans to do with the Oak Street buildings he purchased from Minnie McGee. In 2005, the city of Columbus began citing McGee for code violations at the three-acre site. Last September she agreed to sell. The city says had she not agreed to do so, she would have faced foreclosure.
