Elected Official In Logan County Charged In Cold Case Murder

Ohio Attorney General's Office

A Perry Township Trustee is facing charges from a nearly ten-year-old murder.  U.S. Marshals say 57-year-old Carl "Jeff" Rosebrook of Logan County was arrested this week in the shooting death of a northeast Ohio man in 2006.  He is being held on 5 million dollars bond pending extradition to Geauga County. Rosebrook's brother was also arrested in the case.  Both are allegedly involved in the death of 31-year-old Daniel Ott.
