Escaped Inmate Recaptured

The state prisons department says an inmate has been captured after walking away from his work assignment as an auto mechanic at the Lebanon Correctional Institution on Tuesday.

35-year-old Stephen Ramey walked away from a garage where state vehicles are repaired that is outside the prison's security perimeter.
