The State Highway Patrol says an inmate who escaped from the Mansfield Correctional Institution Wednesday night was recaptured last night.47-year-old James Myers was arrested at a general store in Ashland. He was serving time for kidnapping, rape and other crimes. Authorities have not said how Myers escaped.
