Fairfield County Jail Escapee Recaptured

Fairfield County Sheriff's deputies say they have recaptured the man who escaped from a county jail facility this morning. Deputies say 20-year-old Elias Ferrar walked away from a job assignment at a minimum security facility for misdemeanor offenders. Ferrar was being held on a probation violation and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
