A Fairfield County man has been arrested on charges of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl in Massillon on Monday. Dennis Menefee Junior of Port Washington is accused of posing as a police officer to lure the girl into his pickup truck, where he allegedly attacked the child. Menefee served time in Wyoming for raping a woman in 1993. Menefee is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
