At least nine Fairfield County businesses and residents are out hundreds of dollars through a fundraising scam. Sheriff's deputies say 40-year-old Kelly Neal has been charged with forgery for allegedly using a phony Bloom-Carroll Youth Athletics sponsorship form to solicit more than 17 hundred dollars in donations for youth baseball teams in Lancaster. Deputies say Neal spent the money on personal expenses. Neal is free on 25 thousand dollars bond.
