Fairfield County Commissioners have approved placing a 10 year, 1.1 mill levy for the county Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Boardon the November ballot.
Officials say the 3.7 million dollars generated by the measure would allow for expanded services amid the opioid epidemic, and provide expanded mental-health services to children.
