Some faith leaders in Ohio teamed up this week to fight gun violence.The campaign follows a Cleveland State University study that found nearly one-million Americans were killed or wounded by gunfire between 2001 and 2010. CSU Dean of Urban Affairs Ned Hill says gun violence affects one in 314 Americans.
The Federation of Network Ministries staged a series of special sermons and workshops after a violent weekend in Northeast and Central Ohio. Three Columbus teens were shot and wounded on Easter Sunday in separate incidents on the North, West and East sides. No arrests have been made.
