Families Of Chardon H.S. Shootings Sue Gunman

The families of three Chardon High School students shot and killed in February of last year students are suing the teenage gunman and his family.

The wrongful-death lawsuit alleges negligent supervision by T.J. Lane's parents and grandparents. The suit seeks damages for the relatives of 16-year-olds Daniel Parmertor and Demetrius Hewlin and 17-year-old Russell King Jr. Lane pleaded guilty to aggravated murder and other charges on Tuesday and will be sentenced on March 19th.
